Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
- Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product missing in the order
Refund Process
- Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).
- After verification, refunds will be initiated.
Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.
Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or used food products
- Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
