Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged product received
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product missing in the order

Refund Process

  • Customers must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with order details and photos (if applicable).
  • After verification, refunds will be initiated.

Refund Timeline

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Opened or used food products
  • Products damaged due to improper storage by the customer
